Is CreateMyCoin safe? Yes. Your wallet stays yours, and so does your token.

CreateMyCoin never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Every transaction opens in your own wallet, where you can read it before you approve it. Once your token exists, we keep no control over it: every authority is either revoked or handed to your wallet in the same transaction that creates it.

Safety at a glance

non-custodial
  • No seed phrase, no private key. We never ask for them, anywhere.
  • You approve every transaction in Phantom or MetaMask.
  • All or nothing. The fee and the token are in one transaction.
  • No control kept. We can't mint, freeze or edit your token.
  • Verifiable on-chain. Check every claim on Solscan or Etherscan.

Your wallet

How your wallet stays in your control

We never see your keys

Connecting a wallet only shares its public address. Your seed phrase and private key never leave Phantom or MetaMask, and no page on this site will ever ask for them.

You sign every transaction

Nothing moves without your approval. Your wallet shows each transaction, including the fee, before you sign it, and you can reject it at any point.

One transaction, all or nothing

Creating the token and paying the fee happen in the same transaction. If any step fails, the whole thing is rolled back, so you never pay for a token that wasn't created.

No hidden approvals

We don't ask for token allowances or open-ended spending permissions. Each signature covers one transaction, and it's done once it confirms.

Your token

What we can and can't do with your token

Short answer: nothing. Here is exactly why, chain by chain.

Solana (SPL tokens)

  • Full supply to you. Every token is minted straight into your wallet.
  • Mint authority: revoked if you choose, otherwise transferred to your wallet. Either way, in the creation transaction itself.
  • Freeze authority: the same. Revoked or yours, never ours.
  • Metadata: your wallet is the update authority, so only you can change the name, logo or links. You can also lock it for good.
  • Standard program: created with Solana's official SPL Token Program and Metaplex metadata. No custom program in between.

Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain

  • Deployed from your wallet. You are the deployer, and the full supply goes to your address.
  • Plain ERC-20. Built on OpenZeppelin's widely used ERC-20 code.
  • No admin functions. No owner, no extra minting, no pause, no blacklist and no transfer tax. Nobody, including us, can change the contract after deployment.
  • Fee paid on deployment. The creation fee is part of the deployment transaction. The contract takes nothing after that.

Verify

Check it yourself

Everything above is public on the blockchain. You don't have to trust us; you can look.

  1. 1

Copy your token's mint or contract address from the success screen.

  2. 2

Paste it into our rug checker or Solscan for Solana, or the chain's block explorer (Etherscan, Basescan, Arbiscan) for ERC-20s.

  3. 3

Look at who holds the mint and freeze authority (Solana), or read the contract (EVM). You'll find your wallet, or nobody. Never CreateMyCoin.

How to spot a fake CreateMyCoin

Popular tools get copied. These are the only official places to find us.

Official

We will never

  • Ask for your seed phrase or private key, for "support" or any other reason.
  • Message you first on Telegram, Discord or X offering help.
  • Ask you to "validate" or "sync" your wallet on another site.
  • Ask you to send funds to an address outside the transaction in your wallet.

FAQ

Safety questions

Is CreateMyCoin legit?

Yes. CreateMyCoin has been running since 2024, more than 1,000 tokens have been launched with it, and it has public reviews on Trustpilot and a listing on DappRadar. Every token it creates can be inspected on the blockchain.

Can CreateMyCoin access my wallet or funds?

No. Connecting only shares your public address. We can't move funds from your wallet; every transaction has to be approved by you in Phantom or MetaMask, and you see the full amount before signing.

Can CreateMyCoin mint more of my token or freeze it?

No. On Solana, the mint and freeze authorities are revoked or transferred to your wallet in the same transaction that creates the token. On EVM chains, the contract has no owner or admin functions at all.

What happens if the transaction fails?

The fee and the token creation are one transaction, so they succeed or fail together. If it fails, no token is created and the CreateMyCoin fee is not charged.

Why does my wallet show a warning?

Wallets sometimes flag transactions from sites they don't recognise yet, or ones that create new accounts, which every token creation does. Check that you are on createmycoin.app, read the amounts in the wallet window, and only approve if they match what the form showed you.

How do I report a problem or a fake site?

Email contact@createmycoin.app or message @CreateMyCoinApp on X. Include the transaction signature or the suspicious URL so we can look into it quickly.
